What is 10 Wave?

10 Wave is an idea, a business intelligence network, a technological platform and a community built around the premise that everyone should be able to benefit from real-estate. With 10 Wave’s unique “Chain Marketing” methodology and “Wave” revenue model , members of the 10 Wave community, including verified real-estate agents, profit from brokerage fees (that would otherwise have gone to the real-estate agency) from deals that they directly bring to 10 Wave, or from deals introduced to 10 Wave by others whom they brought to 10 Wave.

What is a 10 Waver?

A 10 Waver is anyone who has joined the 10 Wave network and who has made it an objective to earn money, actively and passively, from 10 Wave.

I own a home, should I buy another before selling my current home?

It’s quite simple – to earn passive income from real-estate transactions.

The real-estate market turns over billions of dollars every year in Israel, and trillions of dollars world-wide, however it seems to be off-limits to most of us.

What is Chain Marketing?

Chain Marketing is the patent pending marketing methodology employed by 10 Wave and invented by one of our founders, Mr. Haim Markowitz. In Chain Marketing, as applied at 10 Wave, members of the 10 Wave community form “chains” by recruiting others, where a chain of 10 Wave members is defined by each person in a chain having recruited the next person in the chain. The cornerstone of the Chain Marketing approach is that it fairly compensates members of a chain by sensibly distributing commission revenue (earned from the successful conclusion of a 10 Wave real-estate transaction) amongst all those who were directly or indirectly involved in closing the deal.

What are “Waves” of income?

At 10 Wave, “Waves” refer to the way in which we distribute commission revenues (earned from the successful conclusion of a real-estate transaction brokered by a 10 Waver agent) amongst eligible chain members, after the 10 Wavers closest to the deal have received their fair share.

Every person in a chain who is eligible to receive Wave income (see below), from the deal originator, all the way to 10 Wave (the company), receives an equal portion of the 18% balance of the commission revenue.

I am not familiar with real-estate, can I still earn income as a 10 Wave member?

Knowing the ins and outs of real-estate is why real-estate brokers are an integral part of the 10 Wave community. They know how to value properties, how to entice buyers and how to close deals.

Your job is to find deals and bring more members to 10 Wave. Think of it, you almost certainly have heard of at least 3 real-estate deals in the past year – maybe a relative selling their house or friends who have had another child and are looking for a bigger place. If you convince them to have 10 Wave handle their transaction, one of our member-agents will contact them, and you will enjoy a portion of the brokerage fees.

How does 10 Wave make getting my feet wet worth it?

While it may seem like joining 10 Wave is like adventuring into unchartered territory, this is far from the truth. Real-estate may, for many of us, seem beyond our reach, but 10 Wave is structured precisely to make real-estate accessible. Other 10 Wavers, who also benefit from a larger network, help newcomers to come up to speed, and we do what we can to make it easy for you to recruit your own 10 Wavers and grow your earning potential.

How long before I begin earning income?

It’s totally up to you!  If you register, pay for a 10 Wave membership and bring a deal to 10 Wave the next day, then, if that deal closes, you will receive a share of the commission revenue (the time it takes to close is an open-ended time period, but our verified member-agents are well-versed in quickly and successfully completing transactions).

A few things can help reduce the time until you begin making money and increase your earning potential:

  1. Bring deals to 10 Wave and help close them, if you can, gaining you direct commission revenues and eligibility for Waves of income.
  2. Recruit additional members, thereby increasing the probability that “links” in your chains will bring deals and also helping you to gain eligibility to additional Waves of income.
  3. Spur people you have brought to 10 Wave to recruit others as well, for the same reasons as in b.

I’m hesitant to get started. What happens if I’m not good at it?

There’s really no scenario where you can’t be good at it, especially if you recruit additional members. Even if you don’t bring a deal to the network, it’s likely someone in your chains will close a deal, entitling you to Wave income. In the highly improbable scenario where you don’t earn direct or Wave income in your first year of membership, we will give you another year, at no additional cost, such that your maximum annual risk is half of the annual membership fee.

Is 10 Wave a real-estate agency?

In the sense that 10 Wave collects commissions from helping to match buyers and sellers of real-estate properties, and to help close these transactions, yes. However, that is about as far as 10 Wave’s semblances to traditional real-estate agencies goes.

A better description of 10 Wave would be a real-estate community, where key differences between 10 Wave and our outdated cousins include:

  • 10 Wave works together with its members and member-agents to close transactions to the benefit of all. 10 Wave is the only firm that allows “regular” people to profit from real-estate brokerage commissions.
  • Profiting from real-estate means not only income from active participation, but, in a short time period, 10 Wavers enjoy passive income as well.
  • We don’t take 60% of commission fees, as most real-estate agencies do. Rather, we use these funds to incentivize all community members to bring more deals to 10 Wave and to increase memberships.
  • 10 Wave member-agents get more than they would at a tradition agency, and our compensation avoids aggressive competitive behavior between agents.

What advantages does 10 Wave offer over traditional real-estate agencies?

In stark contrast to traditional real-estate agencies, the 10 Wave business model benefits all participants, including “deal finders”, i.e. yourself and other 10 Wavers, who are typically left completely out of the earnings picture. These advantages include:

Does 10 Wave validate real-estate agent members of the 10 Wave community?

Agents wishing to collaborate with 10 Wave undergo a careful vetting process that includes a background check and verification of an absence of lawsuits or complaints regarding their trustworthiness or services provided. In addition, 10 Waver agents partake in specialized training to familiarize them with the company’s work methodologies, quality of service, and the 10 Wave’s requirements of its member agents.

At 10 Wave we go further yet by employing a comprehensive audit framework for monitoring each agent to ensure their credibility and that they supply adequate levels of service. We also apply these same measures vis-à-vis other 3rd party service provides who collaborate with 10 Wave, all of which are geared toward providing our clients with everything they need to realize the full potential of their real-estate transactions.

How is 10 Wave different from multi-level-marketing (MLM) schemes?

The only similarity between 10 Wave’s patent pending Chain Marketing methodology and MLM is that both are hierarchical. In MLM the products are worthless, or there are no products or services at all. In addition, fees and payments collected from lower levels of the Pyramid are the base for the profits of the upper echelons.

Conversely, 10 Wave is grounded in a real and valuable service, real-estate brokerage, and profits are earned from brokerage fees, not from 10 Wave membership fees (we don’t pay you from membership fees collected from your chain members).

Your membership will commence only when the platform is launched, not from the time of payment. In this way, the time in between is a net gain to you.

I’m a real-estate investor, and a 10 Waver told me about 10 Wave. Why should I look at your listings?

Real-estate investors constitute an integral part of the greater 10 Wave community. High return properties are published on 10 Wave’s bank of assets, and we are, at this very moment, working on a unique interface that will allow real-estate investors to properties, per their own custom filters.

Moreover, the 10 Wave package of services will include the option to receive alerts when new properties that meet you own criteria are added to the network. This let’s you “keep your finger on the pulse” of the 10 Wave community, and to earn higher returns based on your own investor profile.

A deal closed brought to 10 Wave by a link in my chain. How much will I make, and how will I get paid?

In terms of getting paid – when the system detects that brokerage fees for a deal have been depositing in the company’s bank account, the 10 Wave platform will “setup” a Wave, i.e. a report that details all of the 10 Wavers in the relevant Chain, and the level of compensation that each “link” in the chain is entitled to, including yourself. After the Wave has been approved by our Accounting department, your compensation will be transferred to the location you setup in your 10 Wave profile.

I’ve built a number of 10 Wave Chains, how do I know if a deal, brought to 10 Wave by a link in my chain, has closed?

In keeping with our policy of full transparency, you’ll be happy to know that you may track every potential deal in your Chains, i.e. you’ll be able to follow all of the transactions in progress with each of the 10 Wavers in your chain.

My Aunt is selling her home through 10 Wave, how will I get paid my part of the brokerage fees?

Way to go 10 Waver! You’ve identified a real-estate transaction. Once the deal is closed, and your aunt has enjoyed the benefits of the top-quality service provided by a 10 Waver real-estate agent, who accompanied her every step of the way to achieve the best possible terms, she will gladly pay the brokerage commission to 10 Wave. Once these monies have been received, the 10 Wave platform will “setup” a Wave, i.e. a report that details all of the 10 Wavers in the relevant Chain, and the level of compensation that each “link” in the chain is entitled to, including yourself. After the Wave has been approved by our Accounting department, your compensation will be transferred to the location you setup in your 10 Wave profile.

Do you have any tips on getting people to list their properties with 10 Wave?

What are the differences between a free and a paid membership?

10 Wave and the 10 Wave community afford members the possibility of being compensated for information regarding potential real-estate deals. While, in the past, there was no prospect at all of profiting from such information, 10 Wavers can now grow their household earnings with little effort, and generate passive income.
